LIGHT AFTER DAYLIGHT CAMPAIGN

Mar 3, 2021

Refugee families flee their homes in search for a safer place. Often they end up in temporary and overcrowded camps and settlements with no electricity.

Other sources of light like kerosene lamps are expensive and polluting. They are plunged into darkness after sunset and they barely have time to socialise, study, work extra hours or keep in touch with their families left behind. The darkness keeps them away from a sense of normality, making it difficult for them to feel safe and spend quality time with their loved ones

The Refugee Aid Project initiatives launches the Light After Daylight campaign with the aim to light up the lives of refugee families living in darkness.
