Vandana Mamidanna, Director – Operations
Vandana Mamidanna is a qualified Patent attorney with a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; Law degree and a Masters from George Washington law School, Washington DC. She oversees the operational aspects of all the ongoing programs including planning, organizing, staffing and program activities. Her areas of interest include legal literacy and welfare programs amongst marginalized population.
Bhavana Musuluri, Director – Administration
Bhavana Musuluri grew up in the Unites States of America and holds an MBA degree from University of Alabama, US. She is an IT professional from Hyderabad and oversees the administrative affairs of the organisation including processes & policies, Human Resources and organizational planning. Her passion and commitment to serve is apparent in her selfless professional service and quality of work.
Nitish Pilla, Director Public Relations & Team Building
Nitish is an MBA graduate and has 18 years of experience in handling Public Relations, Journalism, HR and Recruitment across industries. Along with his professional skills, Nitish also brings with him volunteering experience for NGOs based out of Visakhapatnam. Through his excellent communication skills, commitment and enthusiasm, Nitish has been very instrumental in inspiring new supporters as well as developing great relations with our existing supporters. He is an expert in social media and works closely with our media partners to showcase our activities. Additionally, Nitish also helps the organisation in recruiting and managing volunteers for our projects.
Ganapathirao Bevara,
Ganapathi holds a Masters in Social Work from Andhra University with a specialization in Community Development. Prior to joining Think Peace, he worked as a block field worker and eye camp field worker in Visakhapatnam. In his current role, Ganapathi is responsible for the smooth functioning of all the activities of Think Peace at Araku Valley. He is a very passionate worker and strives relentlessly to mobilise all available resources for achieving the organisation’s objectives. He heads the Aksharalaya project, and oversees all the operations of the schools.
